Occupational Therapy Applications Launch This Summer.

Healthcare is a team sport, and as such, students from our new occupational therapy (OT) programs will cultivate skills and expand their knowledge in a state-of-the-art, interprofessional environment on our Indianapolis campus alongside physical therapy students, medical students from the Wood College of Osteopathic Medicine, and BSN and DNP students from the Leighton School of Nursing.

Join us at the only university in Indiana where you will find an associate-level Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program as well as graduate-level OT degrees in one location. At Indy’s Catholic University®, you’ll find a community that focuses on the whole person, founded in the Franciscan values: dignity of the individual, peace and justice, reconciliation, and responsible stewardship.

*Classes begin Fall 2027.

What is Occupational Therapy

Help people regain independence and do the things that matter most.

Occupational therapy (OT) is a whole-person healthcare field that supports clients of all ages—children, adults, and seniors—in daily life, work, play, and meaningful routines. As an OT or OTA you’ll work hands-on across settings (schools, hospitals, clinics, homes) using practical skills, teamwork, and creative problem-solving to make real, lasting impact.
