The 30-credit program blends leadership, management, and technology-focused coursework into applied learning you can use immediately on the job.

Marian University’s Master of Science in Engineering Management (MSEM) prepares engineers and technical professionals to bridge the gap between engineering execution and organizational leadership. This 30-credit graduate program combines engineering economics, systems analysis, risk management, decision analysis, and project management with advanced leadership and strategy coursework.

Designed in a hybrid format for working professionals in the Indianapolis region and beyond, the program allows students to continue working full-time while developing managerial expertise.
